Here is what you’ll need
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1 c. pizza or marinara sauce
1/2 c. mini pepperoni
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in oven.
2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle, then cut dough crosswise into 4 smaller rectangles. Dust pizza dough with flour if needed. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each rectangle, leaving 1″ border along one long side. Sprinkle cheeses and oregano over each rectangle and top with pepperoni.
3. Roll up each rectangle, starting with one short side. Press the edges together to seal. Repeat with remaining dough. Cut each roll into 1” slices using a serrated knife.
4. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve warm.
